For the past 28 years I have been blessed to call Colorado, and more importantly the community of Fort Collins, my home.When I moved here in 1978, I had no idea that our family roots had already been planted 27 years before my arrival.In 1953 my grandfather Robert S. Everitt continued the family business that his father started by opening a lumber company in Northern Colorado.After years of hard work and dedication, he expanded the business to a home building company and eventually into what is now one of the most prominent Real Estate Development Companies in the community, The Everitt Companies.
As the tradition continues, I find myself fascinated and driven by the amazing business that is Real Estate, while my Cousin Aaron Everitt continues the building tradition through Jamestown Builders with a reputation for quality, uniqueness, and affordability.It has been such a pleasure to join teams with him as we market his newest project, West Vine Bungalows and Kacey's Garden at Fossil Lake Ranch.The family business was started with pride, integrity, and a desire to give back to the same community that welcomed us so long ago, and we plan to continue that tradition into the next generation.
Each day I am fortunate to help customers, friends, and family with one of the most exciting purchases of their life.However when not working, my wife Mollie and my two sons Dawsen and Trett, find ourselves enjoying the wonderful community we call home. |
